Dr. Microbe, l’encyclopédie virtuelle de microbiologie médicale. Dr Microbe est un projet réalisé dans le cadre d'une thèse d'exercice de Biologie Médicale. bioMérieux et Dr Microbe souhaitent mutualiser leur compétence pour mettre à disposition des microbiologistes une encyclopédie ‘virtuelle’ comprenant plus de 260 fiches pathogènes, le nouveau ‘Vidal’ de la microbiologie. Il est né d'un constat à la paillasse au laboratoire de microbiologie d'un manque de sources fiables et facilement accessibles concernant les microorganismes. Cette application mobile s’adresse principalement aux professionnels de santé : biologistes, microbiologistes, internes, techniciens, en quête d’informations fiables à la paillasse. Cet outil peut également intéresser les cliniciens sur les sujets ‘antibiorésistance’ ou encore ‘veille des pathogènes émergents’.
