The app is very useful as a tool to motivate kids (and adults too!) to exercise in a way that is engaging, fun and healthy. - Clarice Kestenbaum, MD, child and adolescent psychiatrist -- Clarice Chestnut Tree, 2022-03-23 ### ***** "My kids love this app!" This is a fun app to make sure my kids get some exercise and helps tire them out a little for me! Definitely a nice touch to have characters from shows they watch. Their favorite is Leonardo! Sorry Dora! We are going to keep using this even after lockdowns are done. Anything to keep them healthy and occupied for a few minutes! Can’t wait to see how they update this. -- TSwartz1, 2021-03-22 ### ***** "MCT Wellness - fighting COVID with fab movements" Brilliant!!!
