Drafty is a credit line with a representative and maximum APR of 96.2% (Variable). There are no additional fees. There is no minimum and no maximum repayment period as long as you repay the minimum repayment amount. You may repay back early without any fees and save on interest. Drafty doesn't offer fixed loans under 60 days.
Woke up 3am to find account suspended obviously a worry until realised it was just default card has expired. Unfortunately the utterly useless app doesn’t let you select the new debit card details which the last payment was taken from as the new default- utterly incompetent app, as far as I’m concerned account can remain suspended intended to clear balance within next couple of months anyway and will then have nothing else to do with these idiots They charge insane interest the least they could do is develop an app that works

signed up online went through the forms came back at 96.2% APR! Yeah right see you later robbing buggers

I’m locked out been so for age’s cannot change password nor will it allow to keeps locking me out

My account was suspended without notice after paying back 50 percent of the money I use that’s not a good one

Stop taking my money, you reduce my credit line then keep taking my money, you won’t get a penny more from me , going to bank to cancel payments for good

Needs better authentication
Can appreciate the need to login each time, but would like to see credentials stored behind Face ID or Touch ID. 2FA would also be appreciated, too.
Frustrated
I was very happy with Drafty, until I had a problem, I have made 3 payments onto my account in the last few weeks, the payments have been successful but have not been deducted from my balance. I have spoken to them and they have said they would email me but I’ve not heard anything, I’ve tried emailing but keep getting the same standard reply telling me to email them on the same address I’ve already emailed or call on the number I’ve called that says they’re too busy to deal with me and to email.
I’m going round in circles and over a week later I still have no idea what’s happened to my payments and I guess I’m still accruing interest on the higher balance.
I’ve been happy to recommend them until now, but this is very poor customer service.
Loan Sharks
After I’ve paid off this loan I’ll never use Drafty’s again, there are little more than loan sharks with the violence. There rates are the highest I’ve come across and would take three times as long to pay off compared to other companies or banks.
