It makes you watch ads to get free things that help you in the game, then it doesn’t grant the stuff that it promises. It will spend your gems then tell you it convientently “lost connection” to the server, only to boot you out, spend your gems, then not give you whatever it is you spent the gems on. It offers to pay you gems for completing surveys to take your time to complete the surveys then not give you the promised gems or rewards. It makes you pay in gems to upgrade things which either takes an absurd amount of time, or real life money if you want to get anywhere. The customer service doesn’t fix the problems either. I reached out to customer services because I jumped through the hoops of getting this game an ad told me to download and that if I got it and provided feedback I would get 3,300 gems. Guess what?! Never got the gems given. Customer service refused to honor paying the gems either. So in summary, this game will steal your time, your gems, your money. It will make promises only to rip you off. Or kick you out of the game and spend your money any way. Not worth downloading. No doubt! But there is a major problem. There are forced ads popping up constantly on the screen… You exit the build menu, there will be a 30 to 60 seconds ads waiting for you. Purposely watching ads to get rewards is fine, because at least you get something at the end AND doesn’t break the game immersion. « Gameloft » More like « Game fell off » thanks to these forced advertisements.
