I am getting charged $5 for a subscription I don’t have. Doesn’t come up on my account or in settings. Might’ve been a free trial that I forgot to cancel but now I can’t even cancel it. Requesting a refund but I don’t know what to do.

The currency to value ratio on this app is absolutely insane. They could probably have a healthier and more valued app by simply making it like 10-15 a month to access everything. It’d probably keep business flowing a lot better as well.
