Ads are not appropriate for 4 year olds

My 4 year old enjoyed playing this game but I had to stop him as the ads are highly inappropriate for anyone I think under the age of 16! One ad was for a game cutting people in half the other was a spinning fruit machine. I don’t understand why games are rated 4+ but then inappropriate ads are stuck in.
