يقدم مركز النقل المتكامل التحديث الجديد لتطبيق دربي لقاطني إمارة أبوظبي وزوارها، إذ يزود التطبيق مستخدميه بنظام نقل ذكي سهل الاستخدام. ولتشغيل التطبيق لابد من توفر شبكة 3G أو شبكة إنترنت لاسلكية "Wi-Fi" في الهاتف المتحرك، فيما يتطلب عدد من الوظائف الأخرى للنظام توفر خدمات معلومات تحديد المواقع “GPS”.
يوفر تطبيق دربي للمستخدمين بيانات آنية عن حالة الحركة المرورية والحوادث على الطريق في أبوظبي بالإضافة إلى خدمة المساندة على الطريق في حالة تعطل المركبة. كما يمكن للمستخدمين تخطيط رحلاتهم في إمارة أبوظبي والإطلاع على المواعيد الآنية للحافلات وإعادة تعبئة بطاقة حافلات.
يمكن للمستخدمين حجز سيارة أجرة والدفع للمواقف والحصول على المعلومات المتعلقة بمواعيد العبارات، كما يمكن أن يجري التواصل بين المستخدمين ومركز النقل المتكامل باستخدام خدمة للإبلاغ عن أية حوادث أو شكاوى متعلقة بخدمات النقل.

It needs improvement
The app is very helpful in planning your commute. But its always crashing, especially during top up. It wont load and sometimes the payment wont go through. They have also to improve the real time update when you top up, 1-2hrs is very delay especially when you really need to use it. And sometimes when there is checking, even if you show the inspector that you have top up they don't consider it and still they fine you.

App is very confusing
Very slow and confusing app
No Apple Pay support
95% of users are using iPhone however there is no support for Apple Pay on this app. Disappointed! Would be better if you allow us to use the card on Apple wallet transportation section which will allow us to use the card virtually from Apple wallet it self.

Good evening I want to give you some suggestion about bus card checking balance fungine and re fungine when you added this future in this app then every passenger check our balance easily Thank you so much
Needs more features
App is helpful, however, you cannot check balance and still need to go to the website. Should also add the option of putting Weekly pass and Monthly pass in the app because machines are not working most of the time or have long queues.
OUTDATED APP! Needs many improvements and updates
App is very much outdated. It needs improvement in many areas and also it is not user-friendly. I mostly prefer Google Maps to check the bus timings and it is more accurate and much better than Darbi. And while showing the bus departures, the upcoming stops and the route in which the bus travels could be displayed. Also, there’s no option provided for recharging Hafilat card through the application.
App Does Not Work
App stopped working. Just stuck in loading screen. Uninstalled and installed again, no luck. Tried from a different phone, no luck.
IOS App Issues
Still there is lots of bugs to be cleared. For example on my concern regarding the selection is not getting saved need to do every time when app opens and the satellite map view is not available in finding route options.
