They should include a feature in the Hafilat card that displays the amount deducted pertrip and the remaining credit balance on the card. The waiting period for online top up to be reflected is 2 hours which is too long. People use online option because not all bus stop has recharge machine, so i suggest online top up should be instant so that people can do it on the go. This would make the app more useful and user-friendly.

I was trying to save my bus card on it to recharge my account but the app doesn’t save the card . I mean what is the point of it if i have to type my hafilat card everytime i want to recharge . it feels like a really big hassle Please fix this issue .

Validating code not receiving

this app makes me input my details every time i reload my hafilat card. i hope you can add an auto-save feature for it.

Not able to login with UAE PASS

The app is very helpful in planning your commute. But its always crashing, especially during top up. It wont load and sometimes the payment wont go through. They have also to improve the real time update when you top up, 1-2hrs is very delay especially when you really need to use it. And sometimes when there is checking, even if you show the inspector that you have top up they don't consider it and still they fine you.

Hafilat show history unable to show

Very slow and confusing app

95% of users are using iPhone however there is no support for Apple Pay on this app. Disappointed! Would be better if you allow us to use the card on Apple wallet transportation section which will allow us to use the card virtually from Apple wallet it self.
