With the most recent update of the app, I can finally rotate the map and be able to see the rooms and select them easily. Handsdown the best update since using the app for quite some time. Definitely recommend it now as it makes it a lot easier to edit and review maps without having to have them microscopically small.

Bought a new L20 Ultra. The hardware is great and the app must have improved since the older reviews. The UX is clean and responsive, settings and room profiles are easy to setup. Carpet mapping is a little twitchy, but works well enough. The messages and commands are handy and responsive. Also the firmware updates are also seamless. Would highly recommend now.

I see some poor reviews on here and they must be pretty old because the app is fine. I work in IT and I’ve never had an issue using this app. Yes some of the selections are hidden in sub menus but if you just go through each element, you’ll be able to choose all the pieces that you need works well, robot works well probably one of the better units on the market. I also have Roborock in My Home and that seems to be a slightly faster and more developed. The dream app is very good. And the dream robot which is an ultra LS 10 is exceptional

There needs to be a general heading,and from that you should be able to access mapping ,rooms zones etc and cleaning schedules. It is very difficult to find anything in this app. This app is poorly written which is disappointing due to the high technology of the actual robot.

I find that when I even just have this app open & now even using the robot vac it drains my wifi. Also, I think the Home Screen of the app is pointless. You have to click to ‘go to device’ 🤦🏻‍♀️

I thought I’d use the app that comes with the Dreame W10 I purchased. 2 days wasted going back and forth with Dreame support, they told me to return the appliance at my cost to where I bought it as it must be faulty. Lucky I didn’t believe them as I downloaded the Mi Home app and the vac is working fine.

Once the mapping was completed, the app become painfully slow. It works very well but needs a performance improvement

It took me awhile to figure my way around this app because it’s not very intuitive. The fonts are too small for anyone over 50. Also, the app asks me to sign up for promotional materiel every time I open the app no matter how many times it is dismissed which is incredibly annoying.

Initial mapping is excellent, however finding your way around the app isn’t easy. This is my third brand of robot vacs. This is the only app that you have to draw your floor rugs on the map. Every other I have used, the app recognises rugs and avoids them while mopping. This one, if you move your rugs, you have go through the very fiddly and not greatly accurate process again. And then the robot pretty much ignores it and goes on the rug with the mop attachment anyway. When you open the app after having already installed your robot, you have to go to another screen to get your start up. This could also be improved
