Dreamehome App is to manage Dreame Bot cleaning robots to do your home floor cleaning.
Through the App , you may not only access to advanced functions of your robot for your daily home floor cleaning, but also set up preferred cleaning zones and time as you like. Now you could do your home floor cleaning at your hand with the help of Dreamehome.
Remote Control: You could control and operate the robot like the machine staying with you, once the robot is connected to App. Whether you are outside home or far away from the robot at home, you would locate the robot in the map, adjust the parameters, check out the cleaning schedule etc.
Device Information: With the App, you could explore the full functions of your robot, learn about the working status, get error or task messages, check the usage data of accessories etc.
House Map: A cleaning map of your house will help your robot learn and understand the space of your home. By mapping, you could set up the cleaning task with the right rooms or areas for each cleaning task by Dreame robot.
Cleaning by special area: When only a special small area needs a quick cleaning right away, the function cleaning by special area is exactly the right thing for you.
No-Go Zone: If there is any area not to go for cleaning, a simple frame mark could give you a safe cleaning area.
Cleaning Schedule: Set up the cleaning day and time, even the zones as you preferred so that your robot works at the right time for the right zone.
Firmware OTA: OTA (Over The Air) technology will help you upgrade your robot software to the latest version. You would not miss any update from our continuous improvement and new function release.
Voice control: After you finishing signing up the App and adding your robot, your device may work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant by an connecting operation.
User Manual: You could find the electronic user manual as well as the FAQ for your robot.
Device Sharing: One robot could be controlled among our family members by Device Sharing function via the App.

Getting very annoyed with app forgetting me
It is getting really annoying with the app forgetting my account or devices. Try to recover account and says sign up. Sign in with any method and asks to add devices from scratch. Forgets that I have devices. Then have to remap whole house and rename rooms and reset schedules. APP is very unreliable

The app does not function efficiently if you have two devices. We had to set up the vacuum on separate smartphones
Ne fonctionne pas
J’ai réussi très péniblement à créer un compte après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses. Le robot ne s’est pas connecté à la première configuration, j’ai du réessayer plusieurs fois. Une fois tout configuré, tout est parfait ! Du jour au lendemain le robot est déconnecté et ne parvient plus à se reconnecter. J’ai essayé de supprimer le robot de l’app sans succès. J’ai supprimé le cache de l’app. Déconnecté mon compte. Maintenant impossible de me connecter à l’app avec mes id ou de créer un nouveau compte… 2 étoiles car ça a fonctionné au moins une fois !
Works great
Works awesome with my L10s. The people on here giving low reviews complaining clearly don’t know how to use their phone or Wi-Fi. App works great and robot connected immediately.
Using with a d10s pro
No login issues for myself. Mapping was a breeze. Settings are simple and the device responds to the app perfectly. Wish it had HomeKit support but that’s more that HomeKit doesn’t support vacuums. Siri shortcut works fine for basic commands.
App won’t allow login
Contacted support and they told me that this app is broken and “maybe it’s a bug or something” and to use the Mi Home app. Poor support for an expensive product, will be returning and buying a different product.
Robot works great but app freezes
I got all my floors mapped for the second time and then a privacy policy notice pops up and won’t go away and the whole system freezes and I can’t access it! I have to delete this app and start over. Very frustrating!!!!
Recent update broke it
Cant connect to network anymore and it made me re sign in… hopefully if I get it working again it hasnt lost all my info
