I love reading and I found these Apps. There are so many great authors and books. Some were free to read like 15 chapters and the rest you have to pay but still a fair deal like 200 coins. Highly recommended !!

Disappointed & perved

Disappointed with app up grade, with all yr bonuses you are unable to purchase coins in bulk. Why is that?? Some stories are incomplete and never seem to finish. Even though we as consumers are charged a high price for incomplete work.😡😤I will delete my account. It’s a shame as there is some marvellous writer’s in the making on this app.

Disappointed

Disappointed with app up grade, with all yr bonuses you are unable to purchase coins in bulk. Why is that?? I have thousands of bonuses but am unwilling to spend 150 for 15 coins. When will all exclusive benefits be available? I have waited for months, I don’t know anyone that has been able to collect more then 15 coins. Bring back the 1000/100/200 or is this a have??? 😡😤

Scam I think

I wouldn’t recommend but the books on this app is great.

Worst app ever

Absolute worst app ever. Takes such a long time to accumulate coins/points in order to read a chapter. Stories are good but nothing else is. Other reading apps make it easier to accumulate points than Dreame

Customer Service don’t care. App has problems.

I’ve had 9 x emails to and from Dreames support team who sounds like they literally have no power to make any decisions, and can only tell you information. 🙄🙄🙄 I paid $16.99 to buy a book on this app, but the app mustn’t have recognised it and made me pay per chapter - which I didn’t realise it was doing because each chapter just kept coming up. How was I to know that I hadn’t bought all of them when they were coming up lIke normal just like they would, when I buy the whole book. I got halfway through the book and the app told me that I needed to pay more money to get the rest of the book, even though I had already paid for the full amount it needed to buy the whole book. The support team just kept saying that I bought per chapter. So too bad. It would be 100% illogical for me to buy per chapter and pay more, instead of buying the whole book. But they don’t care. Absolutely no customer service or care, they just expect me to pay more for the remaining chapters. Makes me furious. I’ve spent so much on this app, but they have zero cares about that or about any potential continual income from me. 😡😡😡

Unlocked Chapters

Why have books I’ve downloaded & unlocked using coins I’ve purchased, locked all the chapters again??? Once you’ve unlocked/downloaded a book they should stay unlocked. Fix the problem not happy.

Purchased coins disappeared

I was so impressed with the app, until all of a sudden all the coins and bonuses I purchased with my own money disappeared. If I knew that was gonna happen I would have spent all my coins at once on several books. I must say it made me loose faith in the app. A lot of these books you can find online for free, so I might use the app now to find new reading material and then read it without spending more money, if I’m gonna be robbed anyway. So thank you Dreame.

Took double payment

I subscribed- they took a double payment- I contacted them and they never responded or returned the extra payment
