Philips DreamMapper has access to the following permissions:
 
Location
Approximate location (network-based): This is to set up Bluetooth communication. A location is required to acquire the pair.
 
Photos/Media/Files
Read the contents of your USB storage: This is needed to access the scanned and stored image that the camera takes of the Device Serial Number (DSN).
 
Camera
Take pictures and videos: Used to scan the DSN.
 
Other reasons
Receive data from Internet: DreamMapper needs to communicate with its Data Center.
View network connections: Wi-Fi setup as well as the need for DreamMapper to communicate with its Data Center.
Pair with Bluetooth devices: First-time connection to another Bluetooth device.
Access Bluetooth settings: First-time connection to another Bluetooth device.
Full network access: DreamMapper needs to communicate with its Data Center.
Prevent device from sleeping: Prevents the phone from “going to sleep” while playing videos.

I have tried everything under the sun and on top of the Sun to get the app to communicate with my CPAP and everything I do will not work. It was working fine until there was a recent update with Apple and now it’s telling me that My data is outdated. I’ve tried everything. I deleted the app reinstalled the app. I deleted the device off of the Bluetooth. I turned off the phone force restart unplugged plugged back in device. It will not stay connected through Bluetooth. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Vraiment c’est problématique quand on doit jumeler un appareil et wilson se rappelle pas du nom d’utilisateur et du mot de passe.  pour réinitialiser ça fait déjà 3 adresses courriel différentes que je dois utiliser car si je fait seulement réinitialiser le mot de passe ça tourne en boucle et en plus si j’ouvre une autre page pour aller voir mes informations ne sont pas conserver je dois les réécrire c’est vraiment une plaie d’égypte pour réinitialiser

### *---- "*Philips Rip-Off* They Should be Sued by all of us! *RIP OFF!*"
First I find out my main CPAP from Philips has been recalled due to alledged health issues that it causes. I register for the recall and it’s around 2 years later and still no replies and I can not seem to get hold of them as hard as I’ve tried. Major law suits in the USA from what I’ve read in the news.
NOW my travel CPAP made by the same company has no app and no way of collecting the data anymore as they’ve apparently shut that down too? Thousands and thousands of dollars down the drain! Health issues galore as I can’t afford another machine. Thanks Philips! It will be a cold day before anyone in our family and others will buy another product of any type with your name on it!

This app does not work consistently. It makes it useless if I can’t track my data. I have watched all the YouTube videos on how to fix. I have removed and re-added and cleared cache. Sometimes it works and other times it says it can’t connect to the server. My wireless is die because all other apps work. Frustrated with this app.

App keeps dropping the bluetooth connection to my iPad. Complete bluetooth reset including unplugging and restarting the CPAP is needed to establish a new connection, But that connection does not last very long before it fails again.
