This new DreamScreenTV app allows for control of the new WiFi based DreamScreen HD, DreamScreen 4K and SideKick products.

## DreamScreenTV Reviews in United States

### *---- "Beware of this company"
Their former BLE app no longer functions. It’s not as though the developers decided on no new functionality, but the app no longer functions, and therefore the product only emits a color, rather than changing with the screen. Huge frustration. I notice, no upgrade incentive. BEWARE.
-- Dwsc1, 2023-11-10

### ***** "Still works in 2022"
Happy to report my 4K still work with this app even in July of 2022.
-- Pittsburghs TJ the DJ, 2022-07-12

### ***-- "Works again"
Working again with 15.1.
-- NotNewtonsApple, 2021-11-19

### **--- "The app doesn’t work any more"
The app doesn’t work any more but the lights work what should I do about the app?
-- Gmen42212, 2021-09-26

### *---- "No longer supported"
App is no longer updated... unable to allow device to connect to home WiFi...
-- TitoLebron, 2020-10-04

### *---- "Old and new devices trash!"
No fix or updates on their devices. Company dies not care about their early supporters. Disappointed with this company!
-- Axillon, 2020-07-23

### **--- "Factory reset doesn’t work in iOS 13+"
My dreamscreen 4K doesn’t show up in either of my wifi networks but it does show up when i connect to its wifi hotspot.
When i try to do a factory reset on it to reconnect to the wifi it doesn’t do anything. It still tries to connect to the same network. I read online some other people were having the same issue and got it to work by using a device that is pre-ios13 or an android device, so i will try that next. Might be nice to have one of those factory reset buttons on the actual device for when apps inevitably have issues.
-- aw1351, 2020-03-24

### ***** "Love it"
Set up was simple, features are great, having the remote app makes it even better to switch from lighting, video and music thanks!! Initial unit was defective however customer service sent me my replacement and been working great since
-- ArispeFam, 2020-02-26

### *---- "Doesn’t even detect the hub most of the times"
Probably over the period of 2 years it might have detected it probably for like 3 times. Tired of constantly refreshing it when you already know it’s not gonna work
-- Divyesh Makwana, 2020-01-12

### **--- "Added on a pre IOS 11 device"
On any newer devices it times out.

How do you add it to multiple phones?
