I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews (most of which are about insurance). As someone with a disability, going to doctors all the time is exhausting and finding this was a godsend to get me through an easy sleep trial at home and a CPAP machine delivered to my home. Pulmonologists and Sleep specialists are incredibly expensive and there are hoops to jump through with every part of getting sleep apnea treatment. What this did for me was make those hoops smaller and from

Dreem’s insurance check on their website said that they take BCBS AZ but when it came time for my appointments, they said they didn’t take it and I had to pay out of pocket. Take your care elsewhere.

They were recommended to me by my insurance, only to find out they don’t accept my insurance after the $150 consultation fee. They obviously know the racket they are running as it’s also a $150 cancellation fee. The person checking my insurance for Dreem told me my insurance doesn’t cover virtual visits which is odd as I had one the day before and multiple times outside of this one. Live and learn, I got smoked for $150.

You find out they don’t take your insurance AFTER the unhelpful consultation and then charge you for the consultation. My sleep problem was not going to be solved with their methods as they led me to believe.   I feel they just want to make money on the consultation and the device. I do not recommend this to anyone. Very expensive joke.
