濫收醫藥費，病人有投訴得個聽字，無review system，預見黃綠醫生比之前病得更重，係好快送到藥黎，但一樣好快病得咁更辛苦。

如果真係好病行唔到出去睇醫生係一個好方法，但係比我想像中慢好多，由安排睇醫生到拎到藥total用咗四半-五個鐘，一朝早就睇到最後午餐要拖到兩三點先食到，因為醫生叫要食藥先可以食 1. 揀到醫院醫生嘅話做嘢慢，睇完一個幾鐘先出到張單汁藥。。。(我睇咁多次醫生唔係10 分鐘內嘅事就執到㗎啦咩？) 2.然後App用嘅送遞平台(GOGOX 安排嘅車手竟然係用公共交通工具嘅方式去送藥....(對於一個急住睇醫生要藥嘅人嚟講真係有少少估唔到。。。) 所以如果真係想喺2-3個鐘頭食到藥嘅話唔好用呢個app啦...

Before was ok, but now the whole process is getting really slow and takes longer time. Now it takes more than 5 hours to get the medicine and I’m just living in sheung wan. Please speed the whole process up.

Great app without queuing for doctors. I registered and then continued my work in office, saw doctor in an hour with medicine arrived within two hours. Thanks for the great help!

Spam emails, unable to opt out from marketing in the app and unsubscribe link is not provided, they attach a note to sent email with your account details like it’s 2005.

騙錢的apps

The app function is fine and easy to use. The med was arrived 2 hours after consultation, which is good. BUT THE DOCTOR MAY NOT BE GOOD Suggest to ask if the doctor you normally seek has online consultation first (many doctors do since Covid)

DrGo ios app 不能成功接通視像，轉用android版問題就解決了。
