Too worrest recharge option. If you are not recharge on time reducing the days in next recharge not acceptable. If purifier works then you are reducing the days that’s fine but purifier not working and recharge days also reducing not acceptable and I observed all the terms and conditions not mentioned any place.

For Last 2 months I am using DP water filter. Water taste and quality is good. App is easy to use it will show water consumption real in real time.

Can you please fix the command sync issue. After every recharge the app never syncs the command to the device

Overall services are good. No complaints for the services & usage. But it should also allow syncing with iOS, everytime have to call the technicianfor the same. Please fimd a solutuon for this team!!
