J’adore les bornes Driveco, on peut les réserver, elles sont faciles d’accès et la charge est rapide. L’appli est très bien! 👍

Carte de paiement + compte non disponible
Carte saisie lors de l’inscription , mais lors de la charge , il faut tout re rentrer >>> perte de temps Quand on veut afficher les infos du compte, l’appli affiche « chargement » sur une page blanche … et rien Les bornes sont souvent en panne et manquent de maintenance
Moyen de paiement
Le moyen de paiement enregistré n’est pas pris en compte. A chaque charge vous devez de nouveau renseigner un moyen de paiement avec autorisation banque… Seule réponse de la hotline, réinstaller l’appli! L’appli est installée en dernière version depuis 24h… les développeurs ont du oublier de recetter le bon fonctionnement🤣…bug signalé depuis plusieurs semaines!
Pb ajout de carte bancaires
Depuis qlq semaines il n’est plus possible de mémoriser son moyen de paiement
Lamentable
Impossible de renseigner un moyen de paiement. Trois essais trois échecs avec trois cartes différentes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Application et service bidon zero
Leur service est bidon leur borne ne reconnaissent pas 3 voitures différentes - encore un service bidon développé par des stagiaires de primaire….
