## DrivePlus Plug-In Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Unusable"
Constantly crashes. Totally unusable yet they use this data to decide how much insurance premium we should pay them!
-- Rob B01, 2024-07-31

### *---- "Crashes all the time"
After using this app for 3 years it now crashes every time I open it up. I delete and reinstall- it works once and then crashes again. Totally useless.
-- Leahlottie, 2024-07-14

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It works a couple of times, then it won’t open. Pathetic. Constantly having to delete and download again! Hate it!!
-- Dangerous Dawn, 2024-04-10

### *---- "App constantly crashes"
My driving score is fine but the app constantly crashes to the point I can no longer open the app. What is the point in having a system that rewards/penalises them for their driving if you cannot monitor your driving. Really poor from developers. I would expect more from direct line.
-- Fin726, 2024-01-30

### **--- "App keeps crashing"
The app continually crashes and I have to uninstall it and then reinstall the app. Surely the developer could update the app to prevent this happening?
-- Roddyftd83, 2023-11-01

### *---- "Can’t even open the app"
The app has consistently crashed as soon as I’ve opened it so I can’t even tell what driving scores I’ve gotten
-- Holls 😊, 2023-10-25

### *---- "Crashing"
App just crashes as soon as I open it. Not very helpful when I want to look at my score
-- lukewarby, 2023-04-19

### *---- "App won’t even open any more"
When clicking on this app to make sure it is working and recording my driving the app won’t even open
What a joke 😅
-- Millie3379, 2023-04-11

### *---- "Crashing"
App installed on two different iPhones continuously crashes when trying to open, obviously not been updated to work with the latest IOS version. Have deleted and reloaded to no effect. Is an update in the works as every recent review is the same?
-- AudMon, 2022-11-18

### *---- "App does not open on iOS 16"
The app did what it needed to do on iOS 15 but doesn’t open on iOS 16. Would normally be around 3 stars but one star at the moment, as it doesn’t work.
