The reviews don’t highlight why anyone would trust a company with their national insurance number and other information which is extremely sensitive.

Why do you need that information, where that information is being stored and who has access to it?

Your initial response is unbelievable; Apple should simply remove Apps with developers who think this is how you act straight off the App Store.
