This app has recently started to repeatedly crash while in the middle of monthly training courses from my employer. I’m utilizing iOS 17.5.1 and this has never happened before. It’s extremely annoying as I have to restart the course every time it happens.
Just got into trucking. Was told to download this app to get in touch with companies. Cannot even change or update profile. Saves stuff incorrectly and have to double check anything you typed in the very first time you added anything to your profile. Ex. My primary residence, I’ve lived there for more than 3 years. For some reason I cannot change it permanently so every time I apply some where I have to manually change it to yes I’ve lived here longer than 3 years. I go to change it and it just doesn’t save. I cannot update my work history. Bugs out and the screen goes white for minutes at a time and does nothing. With issues like these I’d rather just not work for any companies expecting to use only this for work applications.
Have companies waiting for my documents and it’s not letting me upload my picture documents. Either freezes while uploading for app crashes
I have a clearinghouse request but it doesn’t show up in the app only in my email which I did not see until 5 days later due to looking at app for confirmation… employers are able to send paperwork to be completed but that’s about it
Each time I apply to a company it doesn’t show in the app. I’ve tried to redownload it and a few came up then they just disappeared from there again. Makes no sense I’d give it zero stars if I could.
It’s nice when it doesn’t crash. Pretty basic.
Whoever maintains this app needs to update it because the employment dates section is broken and in an error loop that doesn’t allow people to proceed and fully submit an application for employment. 0/5 stars
Keep getting messages from other drivers asking me questions about jobs but when I go to log in nothing shows up. I also get messages about things updating but when I go to check the task button nothing appears. App also doesn’t save any information.
Don’t use this app. If a carrier wants you to use this app ask for a paper application or you’re not working for them. This app can hurt a driver with false information on reports.
The ap works alright when it remembers to save input and you dont have to re-enter the same information on 3 applications. As well certain buttons do not work at all and logging in on mobile vs logging in on a web browser requires vastly different information so if you use one you likely dont know or possess the info to log into the other.
