## DriverStop Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Happy driver"
Good variety of shifts for different lengths of time available. Means I can fit it around other jobs
-- MrTakeAway911, 2025-05-28

### *---- "Terrible service"
Awful app and terrible service. If you expect to pay start working as soon as you pay the monthly subscription fee prepare to be diss appointed. Waited a week to have my profile updated within the app. On top of that, customer service is terrible - don’t expect anyone to reply back to queries or concerns.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription to the service for the past 3 months and still haven’t had any response back (email and phone calls included).

You’re better off with a service that, at the very least, answers and responds to its users’ questions.

It’s so sad when a small local tech startup gets it wrong at such an early stage. If I could rate 0 starts, I would. Honestly appalled.

### ***** "Great App !"
Fantastic app great response and fast jobs and very very flexible I highly recommend this app over any for your everyday job and everyday delivery needs great for Bussiness and personal use
-- big J Uno meeee, 2020-03-21

### ***** "Great App"
Works well for me. Have made some good money as a driver
-- takeoutuk, 2020-02-26

### ***** "Highly recommended from a small business owner"
What a fantastic app! As a small business owner it’s not possible to have a full time delivery driver. DriverStop means I’m never caught without one when I do need someone. It’s a practical app that helps me to grow my business whilst keeping the costs down. The team are brilliant and are always very responsive. I would highly recommend using this app, it’s well worth the monthly subscription.
-- Shakira070309, 2020-02-26

### ***** "Best thing yet!"
This app is the best thing that’s ever come about, when one of my drivers cancels on me for the evening I can always rely on DriverStop to get us a temporary delivery driver for the evening! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
-- CharlieD2314, 2020-02-26

### *---- "Driver 222"
I joined these lot when they had no drivers I paid £20 and now they asking me to pay £10 a month. Rip off totally.
-- Nad33m786, 2020-02-20

### *---- "Driver through this app actually are not real drivers"
I hire some time drivers for my shop to deliver hot food.thease drivers are really soooooo slow,so when ever I hire a driver through this app I need to deliver food deliveries myself.the driver comes through this app usually know at least he will get his base rate so he do not like to work hard as a part of team,if a food order is getting late they donot care .amd some drivers work same time during the shift with us ,with Uber food delivery as well .its not honest .they get base rate from us and work for Uber same time .
So I really disappointed from drivers from this app.
-- grill house, 2020-01-24

### *---- "won't even let me register"
Have tried to register as a driver, no email sent to confirm details and i've been checking inbox and junk, won't let me register again as my 'email is already registered'. What a total waste of time.
-- Happy Shpoker, 2020-01-06

### ***** "LeeLUFC"
Had a couple of issues when I didn’t receive notifications, however I send an email to the contact and it comes back on. It’s a great app for me as for personal reasons I cannot commit to a certain day of the week. With this app I work when I want. Well worth the £10 a month.
