OTP process failure
Forget about using the app, the OTP process itself doesnt work. Either doesnt send OTP at all or call the actual OTP received as not matching.
Untrained Drivers, Fraudulent Bheviour
They charged for Plus services but then their driver banged the vehicle out of sheer and utter neglect. Their customer support is unhelpful and despite having an insurance - just making me go in loops of paperwork and claims. Not worth it!
Some drive behaviours issues
1. Chewing gutka and spitting on roads 2. Sliding the car seat and lying while waiting 3. Lack of respect for private property.. A driver is driving somebody’s hard earned asset. Should be taught to respect and handle car within care
Getting better in Mumbai
I have come back and changed my rating. The service is getting better In mumbai
Poor show
I had a particularly frustrating experience with the Drive U app when the driver failed to show up for my scheduled ride. Despite confirming the booking through the app and receiving a notification that the driver was en route, they never arrived. Numerous attempts to contact both the driver and customer support yielded no response, leaving me stranded and immensely inconvenienced. This lack of reliability and accountability is unacceptable and has greatly undermined my confidence in the app's ability to provide a dependable service.
Drivers need training!
Well, they need one in several areas! One driver hit my car in the curb resulting in a serious accident leaving my car in the garage for weeks. When the car comes back, two drivers drained petrol and derailed mileage since they used AC with idling engine for about four to five hours. They denied everything but my car provides data thru app on how much and when all the engine ran idle. And when i informed subsequent drivers this, a few did not use AC when parked but one driver drained the battery listening to music and charging phones, with lights on (Honda has automatic lights on). We had to wait for the road use assistance for about 2 hours for jumpstarting the car!! So… drivers need training!! 1. Drive carefully! 2. Do not drain fuel with AC powered by idle running engine! 3. Do not drain battery listening to music!! Is it that simple? Yes! But goes a long way! We pay premium money to DriveU!

I never get a driver. Today in 3 hours time could not allot a driver

Drive U driver are Not safe
I have been using drive U, driver since 4 months on need basis, but my latest experience is worst, the customer care thinks they can do what ever they want, if your women traveler, please don’t use this service, the driver and also customer care people behave very rude. Be ware don’t give your keys to driver when your are not in the vehicle. Drive
