Overall experience is as bad as it gets. The best part I came to know is that after servicing they won’t do water wash. Crazy responses, and I had a big fight with the third party guy who done servicing. Every time you book a driver, they commit to assigning someone 30 minutes in advance — but it hardly ever happens, even if you book 5-6 hours ahead. At the last minute, they simply cancel the slot and send a message saying, “We regret that we could not serve you.” This has been happening way too often. It’s extremely frustrating and unreliable, especially when you need a driver urgently.
