### *---- "The worst service I’ve ever used!"
The app itself is well-designed, but the service is absolutely terrible. We rented a car for one day for a total of €200. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the car’s wheels, which forced us to drive under 80 km/h all day. This completely disrupted our plans and caused us to cancel almost all the activities we had scheduled.
We contacted the call center several times to explain the situation and request a car replacement, but the assistants were incredibly unhelpful. Not only did they do nothing to assist us, but they also seemed to mock us before hanging up.
In summary, we paid €200 to drive slowly all day and couldn’t do anything we had planned. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
