## DRO Health Reviews in Nigeria

### *---- "Poor general experience"
As at the time of writing I’ve booked an appointment but I’m yet to have it but the process before succeeding in getting an appointment was really poor. Funding was stressful. When I finally succeeded in sending 3500 which was for consultation they cut off almost 200 requiring me to to fund again. In addition the user interface is not so friendly. After my appointment with the doctor this evening I may edit this review depending on how it goes
-- Catanwa, 2024-07-04

### *---- "No access"
This app closes on its own when I try to book a consultation. Please fix this
-- Symplydestiny, 2023-06-26

### ***-- "Location error"
I’ve had to delete the app twice on my iPhone because the when it comes to login, I get error message, when I switch to sign up, I get error messages on the location.

I have enabled location on my phone, switched multiple options for location but still I get error message.

The best thing for the app developers would have done is giving room for individual location setup manually. Integrating the option of choosing location does not work, and it might the reason for customer’s abandoning the app.
