I have over 50,000 points I could redeem for over $50 in gift cards to various places like Amazon, CVS, Best Buy, Dunkin’ Donuts, etc, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to redeem your points! I have tried religiously every Thursday at 12:59 the second the window opens and cannot even get a $5 card to redeem. I can redeem my points at any given moment with Apps like Fetch, Ibotta, Receipt Pal, Receipt Hog, Pogo, without having to log in at a specific time weekly, only to be let down because you’re out of inventory? WTAF? And there’s no other ways to redeem either such as prizes or contests, those are always waitlisted. Maybe you need to take some lessons from these other apps about how to run your redemption process. I’ll be deleting my account if this process isn’t changed. -- laurakg71, 2025-08-28 ### *---- "Scam" I would give this app zero stars if I could. It’s a complete scam and you never get gift cards anymore. They’re just collecting your information and you get nothing. I have nearly $100 worth of points in drop and I haven’t been able to redeem even $5 in years. -- Choo choo goes the train, 2025-08-28 ### *---- "Continues to be terrible" Over a year and still unable to redeem points… -- Nikkyni, 2025-08-28 ### *---- "Useless" You get points but you can’t redeem them for gift cards. I have tried redeeming them for months. You can only redeem them Thursdays at noon. I come back then and redeem only to get a “Sorry all gift cards have been redeemed”. I’m deleting this app. So disappointed. -- Maple026, 2025-08-28 ### *---- "Terrible" This app was great in the past, but now there is virtually no way to cash out your points. Gift cards are available once a week, but sell out within seconds. -- JBLsoftware, 2025-08-28 ### *---- "SCAM!!!!" This app used to be good. However, somewhere along the line, they either ran out of money or decided it was OK to take people’s information and not hold up there ends of the bargain with the reward points. Good luck, trying to get a gift card. Do not download this app! -- DJDirly, 2025-08-27 ### *---- "Terrible" Terrible -- mandie2803, 2025-08-25 ### *---- "Use to be good" This app use to be so good. I would cash out gift cards constantly. Then they changed the way you get gift cards. You had to request them and receive them in 30 days. Which was not terrible. Then they had a new update. Where you have to wait till Thursdays at 1pm to apply for a gift cards. The gift cards are sold out with in minutes and so many people are trying to get on the app at the same moment so the app crashes. I have over 45 dollars in points for gift cards and I have not been able to cash them out in over a year. I’m super disappointed in the down fall of this app. It use to be so great. -- lyssaxd, 2025-08-22 [View all Drop reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Drop Discovered Keywords - earny - dropp - drop app - the drop - cash back rewards - the drop app - get drop - rewards earn money - everyday rewards - we ward ## Apps Similar to Drop - [Shopkick: Rewards Sidekick](https://apptail.io/app/shopkick-rewards-sidekick-WI/united-states) - [Checkout 51: Cash Back Savings](https://apptail.io/app/checkout-51-cash-back-savings-HTc/united-states) - [BeFrugal Cash Back & Coupons](https://apptail.io/app/befrugal-cash-back-coupons-Gmd/united-states) - [Receipt Pal: Earn Gift Cards](https://apptail.io/app/receipt-pal-earn-gift-cards-rge/united-states) - [Tada: Shop & Get Cash Back](https://apptail.io/app/tada-shop-get-cash-back-dtl/united-states) - [Fluz Cashback](https://apptail.io/app/fluz-cashback-ywp/united-states) - [ReceiptJar](https://apptail.io/app/receiptjar-cRq/united-states) - [Receipt Hog: Shopping Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/receipt-hog-shopping-rewards-QrH/united-states) - [TopCashback: Cash Back & Deals](https://apptail.io/app/topcashback-cash-back-deals-BTJ/united-states) - [Caden: Earn Cash For Your Data](https://apptail.io/app/caden-earn-cash-for-your-data-rexl/united-states) ## Drop Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/drop-shop-cash-back-rewards-KNi/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/drop-shop-cash-back-rewards-KNi/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
