## Drop The Routine Description
Consistency shouldn’t feel overwhelming.

Drop The Routine is a calm, guided space to help you actually follow through — without pressure, guilt, or complicated planning.

Instead of trying to piece everything together yourself, you follow thoughtfully designed routines created by expert creators across areas like hair care, skin care, physical therapy, fitness, wellness, and more.

Everything is already laid out.
All you have to do is show up.

How it works

• Choose a routine created by an expert you trust
• Follow clear, step-by-step guidance designed to fit into real life
• Check off daily actions and build momentum over time
• Track progress with optional private photo uploads
• Connect with others through supportive routine-specific message boards

No guessing.
No overthinking.
No starting over every week.

Just small, intentional actions — done consistently.

Why Drop The Routine is different

Most apps focus on motivation, hacks, or intensity.

Drop The Routine focuses on something simpler — follow-through.

You’re not asked to design a plan.
You’re not pushed or pressured.
You’re not chasing perfection.

You’re guided gently, one step at a time, inside routines built by people who’ve already walked the path themselves.

Built for real life

• Simple, guided routines
• Expert-created programs
• Optional progress photo tracking
• Supportive community spaces
• Calm, distraction-free design

Whether you’re rebuilding consistency, caring for your body, or creating space for better habits — Drop The Routine is here to support you.

Follow through — one day at a time.

### ***** "Drop the Routine"
Awesome app! Downloaded it a few days ago and have been following the Evening Wind Down Protocol and Meal Plan For Lean Mass. A very professional look and feel to the whole site! I love that everything is so easy to follow and keep track of. Plus, all of the visuals are really nice to look at, definitely something I haven’t seen in other to do list type of apps.
