I've been using Dropbox since 2010 and I know it's one of the pioneers of cloud storage services and one of the best. However, they're quite expensive especially for the low income users.

Underperforming

I’ve been using dropbox for some years now as a freelance writer. I use it to save some of my work samples for easy access but recently I’ve had issues downloading this samples when I need them. I notice this mostly when trying to access the storage from another app. The document gets stuck on downloading for hours. It’s been a terrible experience and I am forced to consider other options after so many years. Please fix this issue ASAP.

I signed into my drop box account after a long time and I saw files belonging to someone else. This has me thinking about my privacy. I think I’ll just unsubscribe immediately.

It’s infuriating

Why can’t I see the app unless I go to the App Store?
