Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off within at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your Apple ID account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Dropbox’s 2GB: A Grand Gesture in the Art of Less

tux1N on

Philippines

Oh, Dropbox, how generous you are! A whole 2GB of free storage — why, that’s practically limitless! Surely, we should all fall to our knees in awe at the thought of fitting our entire digital lives into this expansive space. Photos, videos, work documents — Dropbox clearly believes we only live once…or, perhaps, it thinks we live very small, humble lives! But what’s this? Need more storage? Not to worry! Dropbox is here to help, graciously offering a variety of upgrade options for those willing to become lifelong subscribers. Because who wouldn’t want to rent their own files forever? It’s such a unique business model: lure us in with a taste, then gently nudge us toward those “affordable” storage plans — almost like they think of us as, what’s the word, oh right, cash cows. After all, isn’t it obvious that we should all be tripping over ourselves to pay for the privilege of accessing our own data? In a world where devices come with terabytes of storage and competitors offer up generous amounts of space, Dropbox remains defiantly rooted in the past, making sure that 2GB feels just as spacious today as it did in 2007. Thank you, Dropbox, for reminding us all that sometimes, less is…well, just less.

Bug in uploading scanned documents?

jmjjfrancisco on

Philippines

There seems to be a bug in uploading scanned documents. It doesn’t upload automatically after scanning even if the phone’s batter isn’t low.

Suggestion

I hope y’all can add a feature where music files can automatically play the next song in the background, rather than going to the app manually and play the next song.
