It was a good app overall, until my Māori nana wanted to touch up her Māori, she saw many incorrect words. I thought it was because of different tribes, different words, but the words they kept the same were totally different.

how awesome for Te Reo Māori to be on a large language learning app! awesome app, I love the Dojo multiplayer feature. a massive bugs ruin my daily experience: te reo māori text and audio vary tremendously sometimes. i believe the audio is correct, but it’s hard to verify. this happens on about 50% of my terms while playing. it’s made learning completely counterproductive

I considered subscribing after using the free version but there are too many bugs. In exercises where you have to choose letters to make words that match the picture, the letters on offer are not correct. For example, spoon (Pune) offers koko as the letters and then the voice says (Pune). This happens 3-4 times during each session of “review”. Would not recommend

App is serving up audio that doesn’t align to the visuals which makes the app unreliable. Very disappointing as thought this was one of the good language learning apps. Lots of complaints and nothing has been done. How can you learn a language when the app is serving up the wrong words. Can’t be trusted.
