Dr.Pad is a comprehensive Electronic Medical Records (EMR) app designed for doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Manage all your patient records — personal information, medical reports, medications, visit history, clinical notes, vitals, allergies, vaccinations, and billing — all from your phone or tablet.

Easily schedule and track patient appointments, store diagnostic files (X-rays, blood tests, images, and audio), and collaborate with your clinical team by inviting office assistants and nurses to work on patient records.

If you subscribe via iTunes:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Cloud Subscription users: Please ensure your data is synced to the cloud before switching devices. You can verify by logging in on another device and confirming all records are up to date.

Free and All Features users: Your clinical data is stored only on your device. Please maintain regular backups of your device through iCloud or iTunes. IMEDI Systems, LLC is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, or unsynced data.

During addition of clinic, it didn’t give me any message that clinic has been created, so I tried number of times but now I can see multiple clinics under my clinic name.
