Doesn’t recognize new unit
Had to replace faulty unit. App would not let me Add New Device. Deleted app and data and reinstalled. Still didn’t work.
Rarely works
The download app does not work regularly. It is hard for this app to recognize the pads.
No continuous setting
I bought the unit on Amazon for period cramps and realized there is no option for continuous stimulation. All are pulses/massages that are ineffective for managing constant pain. I hope the app developers add an option for continuous stimulation for this type of pain. My pain goes away until each wave ends, then I’m hit again all at once:(
Used to work great
I’ve bought four of these devices and they used to work great but now none of them will connect. Super disappointing

Can’t get app to download
Does not work on iPhone get 1 setting lowest that’s it since last update water money
Does not work since last update used to work beautifully then they updated now on iPhone I can’t get it to go above the first setting and I cannot program the minutes and it went from two hours down to one hour but you can’t even get that now what a waste of money and I bought extra pads too and I can’t get my money back this is wrong
Doesn’t stay connected to Bluetooth.
The app would be good but it doesn’t stay connected. Very frustrating.

Why?
I really wanted to love this device. I’ve only gotten it to work one time. Evidently the app and the device just won’t connect. The screen says device connected and I followed any recommended solutions and I can’t get this to work
