## Drury Hotels Reviews in United States

### *---- "Never works"
App always freezes up and won’t let me book anything, always have to call hotel to book, very annoying!! I have tried deleting app and downloading again, but still doesn’t work….
-- Smilarider, 2024-09-12

### **--- "Not useful"
How can it be that I have a reservation for tonight but the app doesn’t show it?! Useless.
-- beatnik art designs, 2024-08-23

### *---- "No upcoming stays & can’t use rate codes"
My upcoming stays are not showing and says my rate code is not valid. It works up to a certain date and then is not valid. Can still make reservations, but why not with the rate code.
-- Danpopbradley, 2024-07-07

### *---- "Sneaky or broken?"
I can’t opt out of promotional info in the app on iOS under Profile Information. I toggle the radial button to the off/no position and click Save and receive an error that my changes can’t be saved. That’s is shady and probably violates some privacy laws. I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro Max using ios version 17.4.1

### ***-- "Facial ID for iPhone"
Hopefully facial ID for the iphone app will be down the pike! Thank you !
-- groupiern, 2024-04-20

### *---- "Reservations and stays"
I have the app on my iPhone but it does not allow me to put in the reservation confirmation number on my iPhone. Therefore I cannot get credit on the app for a previous night that I stayed this week. I think that it should allow previous stays to be listed as a record for the individuals file. Either the app is lacking and needs updated or it is of no use to me.

### ***-- "Gets by but needs significant enhancement s"
App provides the basics to book a reservation. But the app lacks a lot of functionality. Too many to list here - but one HUGE one is that you can't even see the hotel address or phone number and as such there is no way to copy/paste the address. Major fail. (And NO tapping on directions is insufficient - i may want to give the address to someone else or paste it into Google maps)

There isn't even any way to send feedback within the app either - ever option on the menu takes you to a way to call someone. NO.

Tip: research hotels and locations some other way - then come to the app to book the reservations.
-- zathras110, 2022-10-23

### ***-- "Missing Basic Functionality"
It doesn’t have any easy way to copy the address to paste into your preferred navigation app. When you click on your reservation, it doesn’t even show the address.

### ***** "Best stay in Pittsburgh!!"
Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel . The staff is friendly and happy! Service is wonderful. Checkin and valet parking a breeze. We will definitely always choose this hotel when visiting the Burg!!!!
-- Kay and G, 2022-09-02

### **--- "Quit working"
What’s wrong with your app? Worked fine forever and now I can’t make it work. Tried shutting down my iPhone with no luck. Tried reloading the app with no luck. HELP!!
