I can’t even sign up
Once on the sign-up screen, I can’t click off of a text field to make the keyboard sink below the frame so I can see the actual “Sign-up” button below the T&C checkbox. Therefore I can’f use the app. It must be an omen! :)
IOS 17.3.1 on a 15 Pro using a small but otherwise default font size. Good luck!
Need help signing in
I have been a very happy user for 15 months and recently the app stopped opening and stating the email address and password is not a match. Nothing has changed. I have been unable to gain access and or reset password. Can someone help me??
Had to delete
The upgrade is upsetting. Tracking is not as easy as before. I do miss the way the app use to be set up. Looking forward to rejoining after it is fixed or corrected.
Can’t even get it to load
After the update I can’t even get it to load. Doing dry January and frustrated that I can’t even access the app. Why would you do an update during dry January? It wasn’t broken, should have left it alone.
Update is awful
Really enjoyed the app for years. Now looking for something different. Bring back the original version.
App not loading
I haven’t been able to track anything in 2024 with these updates. I open the app, I get the 3 purple dots saying setting up app. And then nothing!! It never does anything from there and I’ve let it go 10-15 min with the 3 dots cycling. Very bummed bc this app used to be so helpful
Disappointing Update
I really enjoyed the app before the update. It would not load for a couple of weeks after the update, it stayed stuck on the “setting up” screen.
Now that I can finally access it, it’s completely different. I preferred the simplicity of the original version, without all the extra questions, “scores”, motivational pictures, etc. I’ve used this app for over a year, but unfortunately I will be looking for a different one.
Poor update and resulting inaccuracies
Since the recent update, the app neither tracks my current streak nor my best streak correctly. Is it possible to downgrade to a working version? This now pretty much defeats the main purpose of the app. If you cannot do the basics right, then you should not focus on all that other stuff they added.
Not a fan of the upgrade
I really enjoyed the app. It challenged me to beat previous streaks when I was having trouble staying on track. It forced me to examine what I was doing wrong and modify my approach to my drinking habits/ behavior. With the update, my current streak has been wiped out and now it won’t track unless I struggled to resist temptation instead of applauding my changed habits and behavior. It’s a bit deflating to see that I only got a C+ if this were a test for having an easy day of not drinking. I’ll probably move away from the app and find something more rewarding of my changed behaviors. Thanks for the ride thus far. I think I was 150 days sober but you cleared my progress and so I can’t tell.
Bugs
Since the “upgrade,” every time the app opens, it automatically launches the access settings screen. It also doesn’t remember previous settings (month view vs week view for example). Much preferred the previous version
