## Dryly Description
Wij zijn Dryly; wij helpen kinderen en ouders die last hebben van bedplasproblemen. Wij zijn gestart met Dryly omdat ik, Clarien IJlstra, een kind heb dat al jarenlang last heeft van bedplassen. We hadden alles geprobeerd, maar uiteindelijk werkte alleen de plaswekker….eventjes. En toen kwam mijn zoon zelf met het idee om het leuker in gebruik te maken.

Samen met het Dryly team zijn we gaan onderzoeken hoe we de bestaande plaswekker methode beter en leuker konden maken. Zowel voor het kind, als voor de ouders. Bedplassen is de nachtmerrie van elk kind en uiteindelijk ook voor ons als ouders. Ook de kosten die het met zich meebrengt zijn niet misselijk; wassen, wassen en nog eens wassen.

Deze problemen behoren nu tot de verleden tijd! Dryly heeft de beste en meest geavanceerde oplossing ontwikkeld om onze kinderen op een leuke en positieve manier te helpen in de strijd tegen het bedplassen.

### ****- "Update niet succesvol"
Heel tevreden over de app voordat de updat van half nov was uitgevoerd. 
Die update zorgt ervoor dat ik nu niet meer het overzicht per week kan kiezen (alleen huidige week is zichtbaar) en de puntjes die in het maandoverzicht zaten zijn ook verdwenen. Ik hoop dat ze dit snel weer terugzetten!
Geen idee waar de update voor nodig was…

### **--- "53 meldingen en voortgang weg"
Het systeem met een knuffel en plaswekker werkt op zich erg goed maar de app is minder sterk.
Als de plaswekker afgaat krijg je 53 meldingen, ook na het uitschakelen blijft het alarm van de app afgaan.
Sinds de update is alle voortgang verdwenen en mijn kind is zwaar teleurgesteld dat hij bij het bedtijdritueel geen smiley meer kan kiezen, deze zijn niet meer zichtbaar.

Helaas zijn de ongelukjes uit het dashboard verdwenen. Vervelend want nu is het niet meer zichtbaar hoeveel dagen m’n dochter droog is gebleven en is sowieso de voortgang niet meer zichtbaar

Alarm op telefoon gaat nogmaals af, ook als het eerste alarm uitgezet is, de zender al los is en de ontvanger geschud. Verder raakt de app de voortgang op de Naar bed checklist kwijt als de app niet de hele tijd openstaat.

App werkt niet, onmogelijk om verbinding te maken met de zender. Product direct geretourneerd, schandalig dat zo’n slecht product voor zo veel geld wordt verkocht.

Dagenlang zijn wij al bezig om de app in gebruik te kunnen nemen. Niets werkt goed bij Dryly. De app reageert vaak niet en koppelt niet met de plaswekker. Extreem frustrerend en niet ok voor het bedrag dat jullie vragen!

I cant delete falls alarms, so the progress overview is worthless. I get a lot of alarms even when  the receiver is turned off. 

The going to bed schedule works poorly as well, it goes back to the startup screen when nog used for a while and the then forgets what you already did. These are just some of the many issues with this product. Definitely not worth the money.

### ***-- "Nice idea but need more testing"
Hello, we are looking forward to use dryly!
First impressions so far:
There is a lot of documentation on the web and during app set up, but somehow I got lost. For the current price tag I would expect set up to work out of the box.

Problems encountered:
Started setting up connection with dryly. Entered wrong WiFi password and since then can't enter pairing mode. After days of trying, I see that you need some combination of steps. Looks like I pressed switch button for a long time hoping to achieve a reset. Then I place system off the charger and then sit next to it. After a long time system started speaking about "transmitter not connected". Only then I manage to follow steps mentioned in the app to initiate WiFi connection. Now all looks good.

Another note to UX colleagues:
Please check buttons in the app. When nothing pared, I go to "my wizzu" and then there is a display about absent connection. This display is actually a button. It took a really long time initially to figure that out.

### *---- "Waardeloze apparatuur!"
De Panda beer is een leuke knuffel, maar de zender die erin moet is van waardeloze kwaliteit. Je kind moet de knuffel schudden om het alarm uit te zetten, maar dat werkt voor geen meter! Je kunt zo hard schudden als je wilt, maar alarm blijft gewoon afgaan. De app op de iPhone van de ouders blijft vervolgens ook tig keer afgaan, zelfs als de zender al van het natte onderbroekje af is gehaald. Dat is niet bepaald prettig midden in de nacht. Het spaarpunten systeem is op zich leuk voor de kids, maar je zou verwachten dat je bonus punten krijgt bij een nacht zonder ongelukjes.
Om nog een beetje positief af te sluiten, de methode werkt wel enigszins. Onze zoon van 6 was na een week of 8/9 volledig droog iedere nacht. Nu onze dochter nog 😊
