## DSB Description
The DSB app is part of your journey. Here you can find tickets, commuter cards, and traffic information.

In the DSB app, you can purchase Orange tickets, a commuter card, or use Check in, and see current traffic information and an overview of departures. You can also buy a seat reservation for your trip.

You can find cheap Orange and Orange Free tickets on a wide selection of our departures.

Check in is a new digital ticket at Rejsekort prices*, for those who need to travel here and now. Just swipe before you board, and travel as far as needed with all public transport in Zealand, Funen, and Jutland. We will check you out automatically or remind you to do so.

When you buy a ticket or check in through our app, you earn points on your journey, which can be used at 7-Eleven at the station. You just need to be logged in with your DSB Plus profile and accept our points terms. And if you check in, part of the journey must be with DSB trains.

You can purchase, renew, and refund commuter cards and have your youth card delivered in the app if it is from DSB.

If you experience any issues while using the app, you can call us at 70 13 14 15 every day from 7 AM to 8 PM.

*Check in with DSB’s app costs the same as a personal Rejsekort if you are an adult in the age range 26-66. As a youth aged 18 to 25 and 67+, you will receive your usual age discount.

DSB appen fungerer for så vidt fint nok men det er mig et under at den ikke kan finde ud af at synkronisere de rejser der er købt på nettet ind i appen og vice versa. 
Ligeledes er det ikke muligt at vælge sit sæde når man køber pladsbillet i appen.

Det sker man logges ud af appen midt på rejsen, og det er meget svært at komme ind igen. idag måtte jeg købe en manuel billet hos chauffør for at sikre mig mod bøder. Jeg bruger pendler 20 og skal aktivere min rejse og pludselig fejler det bare og man bliver kastet af. meget utrygt.

Har 3 gange oplevet at blive automatisk tjekket ud fordi lyntoget har skulle holde stille af en eller anden grund på rejsen. Knap så optimalt pludselig ikke at ha billet mens man rejser.

Tit er der også forbindelses problemerne, så man skal alligevel ha det fysiske rejsekort med 🙈

Og få nu indført muligheden for at vælge sæde ved køb af pladsbillet.

Er meget glad for appen, den er nemmere og et bedre alternativ til rejsekortet er min oplevelse, dog med et problem. Rejste med 2 børn under 11 og 1 barn over 12 samt mig selv. Tjekkede os alle ind på app og fik efterfølgende af vide fra en kontrolør at  jeg ikke skulle tjekke de 2børn under 11 ind da de kørte gratis med under min og det ældste barns billet. Det burde den da selv regne rabatten ud. Det burde være selve pointen med appen at den giver det billigst mulige rejse. Er dette korrekt forstået? Og i såfald bør dette rettes.

Efter den nye opdatering kan jeg ikke købe billetter i appen. Hver gang jeg forsøger at vælge betalingsmetode får jeg en fejlmelding og bliver ført tilbage til startsiden. Gælder både check in («session udløbet») og køb billet («something went wrong») Har ellers tidligere været glad for appen, men desværre ikke første gang jeg har haft problemer med den efter en opdatering. Irriterende.
