ระบบการให้บริการประชาชนด้วยแอปพลิเคชัน (DSD Application) จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับบริการอันเป็นประโยชน์ที่ส่งตรงจากภาครัฐถึงมือประชาชน ได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว
ผ่านโทรศัพท์สมาร์ตโฟน แท็บเล็ต หรือคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่ง DSD Application ประกอบด้วย

	1. การบริการประชาชน
	    1.1 ข้อมูลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม/ข้อมูลมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน
	    1.2 สมัครฝึกอบรม/ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน
	    1.3 พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2545
		1.3.1 ตรวจสอบสถานะการยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรและค่าใช้จ่ายตาม พ.ร.บ. ส่งเสริม
การพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2545
		1.3.2 ตรวจสอบผลการพิจารณาอนุมัติเงินกู้ยืมและเงินอุดหนุน กองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
