## DSH-680 Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Don’t bother"
App does not connect to iphone 13 and cannot access camera or stored media. Only good for the rubbish bin and waste of money.
-- Fool#me#once, 2023-03-27

### *---- "Useless product"
Doesn’t connect to Wifi no matter what. Multiple phones attempted, multiple wifi connections tested. Complete garbage. Do not waste your money!
-- sirloobz, 2022-08-24

### *---- "Do not buy. They still sell this product but have abandoned the software"
Dashmate have completely abandoned this products software. Can’t use it on any updated iPhone.
Can’t format sdcard to use it “offline”
The ongoing sale of these cameras is basically a scam.
-- andrew, u guy., 2022-02-22

### *---- "Junk"
Refuses to establish a wifi connection with the app. Changed language all by itself. App only works in portrait mode but the onscreen keyboard comes up in landscape mode blocking any view of onscreen menus. Little or no help from Dashmate whatsoever regarding issues. Waste of money. Deserves 0 stars because it’s absolutely useless.
-- Sir Peaknuckle, 2022-02-15

### *---- "Connection timed out… all the time"
It doesn’t work, I cannot even change the language back to English 😢Help please 🙏🏼😢
-- AussieSydney, 2021-09-02

### *---- "Hate it"
Good one Dashmate, you don’t update your app in line with IPhone updates, now my iPhone won’t connect because the app is over 4 years old. I will never by a dashmate and be caught like this again. $250 down the drain.
-- PPCMAX, 2021-08-26

### *---- "Update your app!"
It’s a great camera. It just needs the app support to make it work. This app is frustratingly annoying not keeping up with current updates.
-- Dpiddi, 2021-02-13

### *---- "Terrible connection"
Will not connect to wi fi. Avoid at all costs.
What a wast of my money.
-- Richogymru, 2020-05-26

### *---- "Pathetic App, can’t connect with IOS13"
Can’t connect through the app even though it’s connected via Wifi, followed instructions for troubleshooting on the website which was basically just forget the network and redone load and try again.

Did this and still no success pretty poor effort virtually makes the dash camera worthless.

Wish I could rate 0/5

I don’t actually understand how this passed development for IOS13, did they even test the app? Shocking.
-- B-rad291994, 2020-03-10

### *---- "WiFi no longer works"
Same as the other reviews. WiFi no longer connects making it useless. Buy another brand
