I bought their service of 20000 INR and I would like to get a refund, as I didn’t receive more than 2 calls in 20 days during one of the most beneficial dips in market where bank nifty dipped around 4000 pts and nifty dipped around 700 pts. When I called them to refund my money they said it’s non refundable.
