Frustrated
Love DSW. Use to love the app. Like everyone has said, Favorites are gone and unable to save favorites. Now I have no idea what shoes I wanted to get. Just ordered some that I think was a fave. Hopefully it was the one.

Disappearing favorites
I’ve had an account for years and logged in through the website. Last week I downloaded the app and immediately lost all of my favorites (2 pages worth). I got everything sorted back out and then today it’s been wiped out again. I’m livid. Bye bye dsw app. I’m done.
Not User Friendly
Website deleted all my favorites and won’t save any new favorites. Lots of website changes. Not as good as it used to be. Other shoe websites are much better. Disappointed in DSW. This has been my go to website for shoe shopping but may have to find a new favorite.

Login stopped working today. Using correct email and password. I cannot access my account.
Inconsistent!
I’ve been an Elite member for a few years now and I never know when I’ll get 2 day shipping which is one of the perks of being Elite. I have internationally entered 2 day shipping even though it tells me I’ll get free 2 day shipping and sometimes it happens and most of the time it doesn’t. If this can be fixed it would be amazing. Otherwise DSW is great!!

I can no longer save favorites on my app
Favorites All Erased
Please fix the Favorites tab. All saved items were deleted. Will not be shopping here until this is resolved.
FAVORITES FEATURE DISAPPEARED
Not sure why, but all my favorites are gone. I try saving new ones and it doesn’t work. Please FIX!
