Fahrplanauskunft: 
Finde deine Verbindung. Egal ob in Dortmund, im VRR oder über die Verbundgrenzen hinaus.

Abfahrtsmonitor:
Du willst wissen, welche Linien an einer bestimmten Haltestelle fahren? Der Abfahrtsmonitor zeigt dir alle Zeiten an.

Verkehrshinweise:
Falls mal nicht alles nach Plan läuft, informieren wir dich mit unseren Verkehrshinweisen über Verspätungen, Bauarbeiten und sonstige Störungen.

Ticketkäufe und Aboverwaltung:

Ein Beispiel 
Ich möchte morgen gegen 4:30 Uhr am Hauptbahnhof sein. Das ganze beginnt an der markgrafenstrasse. 
Es wird meistens nur eine Fahrt angezeigt die in etwa um 4:30 ankommt. Und danach angeblich erst wieder um zb 4:50. Das stimmt doch garnicht.

Wenn die App konstant funktionieren würde, wäre sie echt gut! Aber ständig hat sie Ausfälle, vor allem morgens, wenn man sie wirklich braucht!!! Kann man da nicht ENDLICH mal etwas gegen tun???

Seit ich die neue Version der App habe, gibt es andauernd Probleme. Die App hängt oft und lädt vor allem sehr oft einfach nicht, wenn ich zB eine Haltestelle in die Suchleiste eingebe. Auch die Haltestellen auf der Karte werden manchmal einfach nicht angezeigt. Absolut nervig. Dann lieber die alte Version, auch wenn das Design da nicht so modern war.

Ich war zuerst positiv überrascht. Besonders gefällt mir, dass man eine Übersicht über die gekauften, noch nicht genutzten Tickets hat. Leider kann ich nicht mehr auf meine Tickets zugreifen. Obwohl eine Zahlungsweise hinterlegt ist, wird das als Fehler angezeigt. Ein Logout hat nicht geholfen.

Die alte Version dieser App war deutlich besser und schneller. 
Die aktuelle Version wirkt langsamer und weniger benutzerfreundlich. 
Bitte bringt die alte Performance zurück!

Ich habe in der alten App ein Mehrfach-Ticket gekauft. Jetzt in der neuen App ist das Ticket nicht mehr aufzufinden????? Im Bezahlvorgang steht richtigerweise 0 Euro. Der Zahlvorgang kann jedoch nicht durchgeführt werden.
