অ্যাপ ঠিকঠাক কাজ করে না

পেমেন্ট দেয়ার পর ডক্টর কল দিলে আমার অ্যাপে কল আসে না। টানা দুই বার সেইম সমস্যা। আমার ফোনের সমস্যা টেস্ট করার জন্য অন্য ফোনে অ্যাপ ইন্সটল করে দেখেছি। সেইম সমস্যা।

Referral didn’t work

আপডেটের পরে বাজে হয়ছে।

আগের ইন্টারফেস সুন্দর ও স্মুথ ছিল। এখন অনেক ফিচার পাচ্ছি না। যেমন অফলাইনে ডাক্তার থাকলে অনলাইন নোটিফিকেশন। আগের ডাক্তার হিস্ট্রি। ঠিক করেন। বেশী ফিচার দিতে গিয়ে জটলা করে ফেলছেন।

DocTime app service is poor!

Someone recommended me the app. The doctor did not listen to the problems the patient have yet gave a big lectures on medical terms. Then simply send a formal prescription. First time is probably my last time with this app!

Cannot register as doctor using iphone app

I tried using the app, but there was no option to join as a doctor. I tried the website, but when I click the link saying “for doctors” that link redirects me to a frozen page inside the app. Please fix this issue

Very poor otp system

I tried many times to registry but didn’t receive otp not a single time, very poor app bacend and sms gateway also contact customer support they also unable to solv the problem

DocTime

The best online service one can get in Bangladesh. One of the best apps I have seen. The problem with these kinda apps were that they required a credit/debit card for payment but this particular app is able complete payment with Bkash/Nagad/Rocket and Credit/Debit Cards.
