เนื่องจากซื้อตั๋วหนังกับป๊อปคอร์นผ่านแอพดีแทค แต่ในรายละเอียดการส่งคูปองดิจิตอล (คิวอาร์โค้ด) “จะถูกส่งไปใน `กล่องของขวัญ’ บนแอพทรู” 🤨????????? ซึ่งมันไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นในเมื่อเราเป็นลูกค้าดีแทค ซื้อคูปองผ่านดีแทค แต่ส่งคูปองดิจิตอลไปทางแอพทรู เราไม่สามารถเอาคูปองได้ เลยต้องไปติดต่อเรื่องที่ศูนย์ เพิ่มความลำบากในการใช้งานให้เราอีก ณ ตอนนี้ข้อมูลก็ยังขึ้นว่า “จะถูกส่งไปใน `กล่องของขวัญ’ บนแอพทรู” พอดูของคนอื่นก็ขึ้นว่าส่งที่แอพดีแทคปกติ แต่ทำไมถึงเป็นแค่เบอร์เรา ลองลบแอพแล้วล็อคอินใหม่ก็แล้ว ย้ายเครื่องก็แล้ว รบกวนตรวจสอบให้ด้วย ไม่อยากซื้อแล้วต้องมาตามเรื่องให้เสียเวลาอีก
