Really bad app for transactions and all not working properly every time my transactions are failing and my money had been deducted from my account. And after we top up the money to dupay then we can't take it back it's stuck there. there is no way, the app is only telling your account have an issue, and not telling what is the issue.
And when i call customer support then also I didn't get a proper answer for all my problems. I am 💯% sure that this crazy customer support people doesn't know nothing about the app or du.
