Dual NBack is a memory-training game that simultaneously presents audio (letters) and visual (positions) sequences. Research suggests that consistent practice with Dual NBack may improve working memory—your ability to hold and process information for short periods—along with short-term recall. How to Play The game begins at the default Level N=2. You must remember the position (square) and the sound (letter) from two turns back. When the current position or sound matches what was presented two turns ago, tap the corresponding button. Strong performance will automatically increase your level, though you can also adjust it manually if you prefer.
