Now, when you try to login, it just spins & doesn’t ever load. When I called customer service, they said to uninstall it then reinstall. The first time I did that, it worked. But, the next time I wanted to use the app, it did the same thing. I tried the same fix, but that didn’t work. So I shut down my phone & brought it back up, reinstalled the app & then it worked.
