It Works!
Maybe not the most modern looking banking app but what it does it does well
Needs improvement
Can’t transfer between my chequing account and my HISA. Can only be done by calling the customer service number and holding the line for 35-40 minutes :(
Cheque Deposits
Recently, after you did an upgrade, I am having an issue with depositing checks when you hold the camera over the check and even if I turn my phone for the Camera it does not put the check in view. Something is wrong.
Frustrating at best
Not impressed with the customer service. They do not reply to messages, so why even have that option? Force you to call and spend over 30 mins on the phone every single time you need help with something. They clearly don’t value your time. Zero stars.
Terrible Customer Service
DUCA used to be better than the big banks. Now they have become bureaucratic and corporate. Constant problems paying my credit card and sending e-transfers. Take your business elsewhere, we are.
Facial Recognition
2 Step verification problematic. Facial recognition upgrade needed for speed and efficiency.
Worst banking app ever
Most of the time transfers never work. I’ve banked with Duca for almost a year now are they are the worst credit union ever. I’m leaving soon and never using them again.👎
Ridiculous
I can’t add someone and pay them- fine but now someone I’ve had on my list for over 2 years- because I only see her every 6 months for treatment- I have to wait 24 hours to pay her too!!! If this is how DUCA is going to start doing things (in the age of a system to make life easier) I’m going to switch banks!
