## Duckbill Description
Duckbill is an executive assistant for your personal life, led by expert humans and enhanced with AI superpowers. We provide life support by taking over the execution of dreaded everyday tasks and endless life admin.

Just tell us what you need, like:

- I’m having trouble finding my Rx in stock anywhere, can you call around to pharmacies and have it delivered monthly?
- Can you put my friends and family's birthdays on my calendar, and send each one a handwritten card from me every year?
- Renew my passport, please.
- Can you review my calendar and book me a trip to/from the airport for each flight?
- Send me new recipes each week and set up an ongoing grocery delivery so I have what I need for each one.
- Can you call my health insurance and sort out this medical bill? I don’t have time to wait on hold.

Then, our team of copilots will get to work!

We’ll ask the right questions to get it done. We promise: we’re always aiming to take the burden off of you.

With just a bit of info from you, we’ll start to anticipate your to-do’s and stay one step ahead. The more we get to know you, the better Duckbill gets. It feels good to let go, doesn’t it?

## Duckbill Reviews in United States

### **--- "Hit or Miss"
I have enjoyed many aspects of this app however I find only about half of the tasks get successfully completed.

The website is misleading because they advertise anywhere from 90% to 60% of the tasks get successfully completed depending on the task type

I think it’s more like 40% of tasks get completed successfully and I often get a lot of pushback and requests to pay 2-3 times for the same exact task.

I highly recommend that this get changed and my recommendation for the owners of this company is to ensure tasks get completed that are within the original scope and whichever humans do the task can’t get paid until the task gets marked as complete by the user with 5 stars

### *---- "Fraud!"
Auto deducted $350 from my US BANK ACCOUNT without permission

### ***** "ADHD Life Saver!"
When I send a task to Duckbill, it's like I have a partner helping me to complete the task - Duckbill helps me gain momentum by doing the early research, and following up with me until things are complete.

The humans behind Duckbill honestly care about improving users' quality of life and I love having them on my team

Just try it! You're not going to struggle with creating AI prompts for so long you give up before you begin and you're always one message away from a human who is phenomenally capable of helping you knock tasks off your list - even if you don't know exactly what you need.

### ***** "Literal lifesaver!"
Shocked to see any bad reviews on here cause this apps awesome! I ran out of my Adderall and was too out of it to even make phone calls. Duckbill called my psychiatrist's office, followed up multiple times, then called the pharmacy to confirm stock, pricing, and pickup time - all while I just texted back and forth. They even got me a GoodRx price that saved me over $125. I love that they didn’t count each mini task it took to get the big overarching tasks goal done, like multiple calls back and forth, working out nuances, etc. Honestly I’m going right now to replace another app I was paying for just to find my meds in stock. If you deal with medication shortages or anything that requires a ton of phone calls, this app is a lifesaver.

### *---- "Huge Letdown"
I really wanted to love this app.

When I ran into a billing issue, there was no way to resolve it or resume service from my phone — the only path was on desktop. So the service went down right when I was relying on it, with no quick way to get it back. For a product that’s supposed to make life easier, that’s a real gap.
The pricing model is the other issue. Everything is metered in credits, so every task turns into a calculation: “Is this worth 5–7 credits? How much will they charge for this one?” I don’t want to think that hard about whether to ask for help. I’d happily pay more for a flat, predictable plan and never think about it again. The credit system makes a convenience product feel like work.
As it stands, the friction outweighs the help.

### ***** "Amazing app"
Very helpful, saved me hours of time on the phone
-- AppleFritterPeachCobbler, 2026-04-17

### **--- "Extremely expensive for what you get, not always effective"
Paid $49 for the subscription. Had one simple task to start trying it out: I’m at the beach in SF, can you bring some firewood? They did it via a doordash. The delivery came 4 hours later. Wasn’t there anymore, so a fail. Second task: call a phone number and ask them a question. This went pretty smoothly and quickly. But then I’m notified I’ve used all of my credits for the month. 49 dollars for two basic tasks monthly and saved about ten minutes of time. Not for me, but I guess if you are extremely rich and 50 dollars is nothing to you it might be a great app, I just felt like this wasn’t really messages very well that I could expect a lowly one to two things.

### ***** "A Mom always in need of help"
I’ve lost track the things Duckbill has helped me research, book, confirm, and follow up on. Absolutely love this site/app/service. A powerful use of AI alongside human excellence.

### ***** "I absolutely love this app"
It saves so much time and easy to use

### ***** "Professor-Approved Organization without Overwhelm"
Duckbill is a game-changer for me—an autistic adult, a professor, and a parent to four kids. My life is a constant juggling act, and I hate phone calls and follow-ups, so things used to slip through the cracks. This app gets it. The interface is calm, direct, and never wastes my time.

The status labels (“In Progress,” “Done,” “Ready to Review”) keep everything crystal clear. Reminders are gentle and predictable, not nagging, which means I actually stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed.

In just one month, I’ve handled court updates, dental benefits, party planning, and payments—without dropping a single ball.

Duckbill isn’t just intuitive and reliable—it’s the support system I wish I’d had years ago. If you need structure without stress, this is the app you’ve been waiting for.

-- GilbDilb, 2025-09-23

### ***** "Game changer!"
Duckbill has become a staple in my everyday life. Knowing that I have a team of highly capable people that I can offload tasks to has given me so much peace of mind. I usually feel like I need to do everything myself, and Duckbill has taught me that that’s just not true. Highly recommend!
-- ath1626, 2025-09-19

### ***** "Duckbill is a company with true compassion to help others in this busy world!"
To be a working mom raising littles, as well as advancing my education . It gets so overwhelming. It’s a blessing to have a place to delegate those mundane things that you can’t find the time to do. There are humans that take this off your plate like a good friend! Great service & great company!
-- Jessef561, 2025-09-19

### ***** "Must Have"
As a full-time busy professional and toddler mom, Duckbill is literally the only way I keep it all together. It takes care of all the things I don’t have time for, so I can focus on work and family. Such a game changer - I can’t imagine life without it.
-- Ems31033, 2025-09-18

### ***** "A lifesaver for any busy person"
Duckbill has completely changed the way I manage my day-to-day tasks. The mix of AI speed and human support means I get things done faster and with more care than I could on my own. Scheduling, research, even getting prescriptions filled, it’s all handled in one place. I can’t imagine going back to juggling ten different tools when Duckbill does it all for me. Highly recommend for anyone who values their time.
-- Javabrenbro79, 2025-09-18

### ***** "Thank you, Duckbill!!"
As a busy mom of 2 who spends all day in meetings and feels stretched thin in every direction — just thank you!! I really needed this type of support on the million things that take up time away from where I actually need/want to spend time. Keep going!!
-- peppanyc, 2025-09-18

### ***** "Ride or die"
Duckbill keeps me sane. I throw nearly everything at them and they deliver—from my nanny’s payroll to ordering flowers to doctor navigation to party planning. Seriously would not know what to do without it.
-- parabox1729, 2025-09-18

### ***** "Super useful!"
This was so great for getting cluttering to-dos done for me. Like things I put off for weeks, I just gave to the app and they helped me get them all done. Highly recommend
