I have tried a couple Apple certified normal chargers that come from the packaging of new iPhones and none seem to work when trying to screen mirror my Mac. On the Mac it is stuck on “Please connect your iOS Device to view or change settings”. The FAQ is terrible and simply says to use a “USB to 30 pin, lightning cable, USB-C and/or USB-C to USB-C” which I have tried but failed miserably.
Its impossible to find where to cancel it and it charged 30usd (50 aud) the first charge.

I didn’t need an account when I spent a fortune on this app. Then you made features behind yet another pay wall. I want a refund.
I love being able connect my iPad to use as a second screen. My only issue is that often I have connectivity problems. It jus fails to connect. I had this problem yesterday when conducting a presentation and had no time for rebooting computers etc. so had to go to an alternative. However, I do highly recommend it as the easiest way to create a second or third screen for your windows computer.

Don’t do it, don’t do the trial. No reply communication to my three emails attempting to cancel and the app isn’t that great -Zero replies to my three emails to unsubscribe and not be charged. -App wasn’t that great quality. I downloaded this so I could use my iPad as a second screen that didn’t have my Apple ID. I signed up for the trial, used it for approximately 1 minute and attempted unsuccessfully to unsubscribe/opt out (I thought I had). The screen quality was quite poor and it had a large dead section of black screen accross the top, so it made it very small. I didn’t attempt to make any adjustment or fix at the time so this may or may not have been fixable with some playing around. Once the seven days was up, they attempted to take my payment. This was in a bank account that had no money in it at the time. I left no money in the account and sent 3 emails over a week requesting they cease the payment as I haven’t used the service, didn’t intend to in the future and had unsubscribed during the trial period. They did not reply. They did send me approx. 9 emails, asking me to update my bank details/alerting me that they couldn’t make a payment. Unfortunately, I was paid into my bank account and they took the money out before I could transfer it out. For the developers reply, ignoring the poor experience I had with the product for a moment, I’m still waiting for a reply to my emails. I now must go through the process of identifying the payment as fraudulent with my bank. Thanks for the costly ($79.32 AUD) learning experience. Always good to be reminded that some people intentionally take your money and don’t care about their reputation or the service they provide.
