I sent email to customer service and they get back to me after 10 calendar days saying support is only thru email which is total waste of time and helpless. I don't recommend based on my experience with customer support as they ghost your emails as if you don't exist once the subscription is paid, and also don't recommed giving them payment info. for security reasons! I had to block my card to avoid any possible payments for no reason! The app website used my stored payment data for unintened renewal and they're not responding to any of my emails for cancellation and refund on email since renewal date.
