Whenever i tap the app to open it, it is just a black app screen for a few sec and then it crashes !

Worst support
The App itself is useful and supposed to be easy to use until you face a problem then long journey with chatbot ends with nothing. I sent email to customer service and they get back to me after 10 calendar days saying support is only thru email which is total waste of time and helpless. I’m in tech field for more than 20 years and this is the worst support I got from tech startup
Worst customer support!
I don't recommend based on my experience with customer support as they ghost your emails as if you don't exist once the subscription is paid, and also don't recommed giving them payment info. for security reasons! I had to block my card to avoid any possible payments for no reason! The app website used my stored payment data for unintened renewal and they're not responding to any of my emails for cancellation and refund on email since renewal date. I totally understand that it's not through app store, yet having an app that doesn't have any form of support or response after payment can definitely be called "fraud".
Photo shop doesn’t work
It doesn’t work with photo shop with brushes and editing I bought it for only photo shop and I couldn’t have any benefits.
Quality is very bad
Using it as a second display to my laptop, it seems very blurry.(iPad 8)
Weak pints
1- Crashes and may re-launch 2- Gets frozen sometime
Expanding computing capabilities
Very useful application that allows using two screens while computing, hence reduces printing on papers as you can display any document on the second screen or you can work in parallel with your iPad keeping laptop on your desk and use iPad at any place within WI-FI range. I am enjoying using it.
Doesn’t work well
As if it has been mirrored with Mac unless brushstrokes are very edgy and it didn’t work with illustrator
Great app with latency issues.
This app is so great for what it does. Opened a whole new world of productivity expansion for me. An extra screen in my bag all the time. BUT such a beautiful app is held back by latency issues. Please work on it because this app would be many times better WITHOUT a noticable LATENCY. I had to turn off the retina option on my 4th generation iPad running the latest available iOS for the device in effort to decrease latency a bit.
