Say goodbye to Duet
在很久以前，曾經是實體接線的基本功能用戶，不需要訂閱。突然有一天登入並要求用戶訂閱或更貴的買斷制功能。在發現另一套免費的GlideX程式後，該是和Duet說再見的時候了，而且我不會再回來了。
很好用，但是想請問
請問該如何在有線連接的情況下將ipad或iphone以視窗的模式投影到pc上，目前只有無線的方式，但會有延遲
無法取消訂閱

The support provided was excellent in resolving the issue for original one-time purchase clients
I purchased this app in 2017, but after updating, it switched to a subscription model. Duet support assisted me with this, and now everything works perfectly.
Unable to connect
As title, maybe due to the change of iOS 18? Plz check, cause my phone is working good(iOS 17)
This app will auto-subscribe without any notification
Purchased in 2021. Then it switched to auto-subscribe without any notification to me since it’s not done by APPLE store. And I haven’t check the bill, just found it has been charged for 4 years. The customer service said can only refund the most recent payment. It means I spent 4 years and I don’t know it. Very bad experience. All user pls noted.
